A recent survey by Harris Interactive revealed that only 32% of people whose employer offers health insurance benefits say they are very comfortable making decisions about those benefits.

90% of employees said that convenient access to a benefits expert is at least “somewhat important." 46% said it’s “very important.”

And these stats are BEFORE all of the Obamacare changes kick in.

Unlike most health insurance agencies, our roots are in one-on-one consultation with our customers. We believe our personal touch can make the difference between employees who are happy or who feel frustrated about their benefits.

We believe many groups with less than 50 employees will want to move away from traditional group coverage to a defined-contribution system where employees can choose the company and coverage of their choice.

But that will only work if the employees have a team they can rely on to get them through the process. We want to be that team for you.
