A happy reunion

A few weeks ago, Nichole was working with a former customer, who had left our agency to be insured with a relative who was new in the business. The relative left the business, which opened the door for us to work together, again.

Yesterday, Nichole received a thank you card in the mail. Below is the message inside (shared with permission):
